We’re looking for a Digital Account Manager to join Hybrid’s award-winning strategic partnerships team. This is a client-facing role focused on building strong relationships with higher education clients, managing digital marketing campaigns and working with internal specialists to deliver impactful results.

You don’t need to be a paid media expert across every channel, but you should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, experience working with clients, and the ability to analyse campaign performance and turn insights into recommendations.

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong relationships with higher education clients and act as their main point of contact.
  • Manage client campaigns across digital channels, working closely with internal specialists across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO and other marketing services.
  • Review campaign performance, analyse results and present clear insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Support campaign planning, reporting and strategy development.
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance, increase engagement and grow client accounts.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables and client expectations across multiple projects.
  • Support new business opportunities and pitches when required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a client-facing Account Manager, Digital Account Manager or Marketing role (agency experience preferred).
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, with experience in areas such as Paid Search (Google Ads), Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn), SEO, content or analytics.
  • Confidence communicating with clients, presenting performance updates and building strong relationships.
  • Ability to analyse data, understand campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for digital marketing and delivering great client experiences.
