Description:
With significant year on year growth that continued through 2022, Hybrid is expanding the account management function to continue our outstanding levels of client service. The Account Executive role will support the full cycle delivery of our digital media campaigns. This is a fast-paced role involving high levels of client communication (phone and video call based), internal coordination of key staff (Editorial, Digital, Creative) and first-class organisational ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Accounts Team Lead and Director of Business Development by coordinating advertising campaigns and directly managing the relationships with a select group of clients.
- Support clients through each stage of the account management process, from discovery calls and campaign launches through to progress checks and reports, leading up to campaign renewals.
- Establish strong relationships and take the lead on client meetings to run through the ongoing results of their campaigns.
- Progress to ‘full cycle’ account management, running partnership review meetings with your clients, to retain business for the company.
- Provide meaningful insights and benchmarking data to add value to client calls.
- Regular account administration duties in line with our overarching framework, including launching campaign assets and ad campaigns.
- Manage coordination with our digital, editorial and creative teams to deliver content and hit our KPIs for each campaign.
- Liaise with stakeholders in Australia, America, and Malaysia on global initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proactive, positive attitude with the ability to use initiative.
- Passionate about expanding, upselling and growing relationships into key accounts.
- Phone/video call based client service experience from a similar role.
- Eager to learn and develop skillset while supporting our world-class account management team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts whilst ensuring client satisfaction in a target oriented environment.
- A background in a sales or account management role is preferable.
