This is a full-time Field Services Engineer role based in London/South East England. As a Field Services Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Installing, commissioning, and repairing large format inkjet printers in London and the surrounding area.
  • Troubleshooting and providing technical support.
  • Conducting preventive maintenance.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service for Mimaki’s products.
  • Providing customer training on the safe use and operation of Mimaki products.
  • Installing and training in accompanying software.

The role involves working closely with clients to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of Mimaki printing, cutting, and software technologies. You may be required to also travel elsewhere in the UK and Ireland, and there will be occasions when you will need to stay away overnight. You will also be required to travel to Amsterdam (Netherlands) for training as required.
