Your Role
- Lead setting out for earthworks, drainage & utilities
- Install & check holding down bolts for steel structures
- Oversee structural works and support internal/external fit-out
- Manage quality assurance, record keeping, and coordinate with subcontractors
What You Bring
- Strong industrial shed project experience
- Expertise in earthworks, drainage, utilities & steel frames
- Competent with TS/GPS kit (equipment provided)
- Valid CSCS card
- Civil Engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree preferred)
