Our client is a leading UK commercial property maintenance and refurbishment contractor, headquartered near Peterborough. It delivers reactive repairs, planned maintenance, full refurbishments, roofing, plumbing, electrical, painting, decorating, and landscaping services across London, the Home Counties, and East Anglia to keep more than 200 clients' properties safe, compliant, and operational. Due to an increase in workload, the company is looking to add a Facilities Project Manager to the team.
Responsibilities
- Managing a broad portfolio of properties.
- Dealing with clients on a daily basis, taking enquiries and feeding them back into the office to the relevant department (Interiors, AC, Plumbing and Electrical, or subcontractors).
- Ensuring quotes are turned around in a timely manner.
- Creating accurate quotations and delivering approved works to client requirements.
- Submitting RAMS, permits and access permits in time via internal administration.
- Business development with current and potential new clients around Peterborough and Cambridge areas.
- Flexible role within the office, on client sites and working from home.

- Adaptable and flexible, comfortable switching between office, client sites, and home working; willing to handle variable hours/locations in a demanding role.
- Resilient and calm under pressure, capable of managing high volume, urgent enquiries, and multiple priorities while staying client-focused and positive.
- Team player with leadership leanings, coordinating internal departments (Interiors, AC, Plumbing, Electrical, subbies) and leveraging office support effectively.
