Our client, a specialist in office interiors and design & build projects, is seeking a Senior Pre-Contracts Manager to drive pre-construction strategy, secure new projects, and mentor a talented team. Responsibilities
- Lead the pre-contracts process from cost planning to tender management
- Collaborate with design and delivery teams to ensure budgets and timelines are achieved
- Build and maintain strong supply chain relationships
