Our client, a Main Contractor / Developer, is a well‑known player that has recently broken ground on a £100m+ build project in East London. We are looking to supply a top‑class Design Manager to support the Head of Design on this 40+ storey tower project.
Key Considerations
- Are you an experienced Design Manager with good major project know‑how?
- Have you worked on high‑rise, high‑profile build projects in London?
- Team Player? Fancy working as part of an elite Project Team on this prestigious scheme?
Design Manager Roles & Responsibilities
- Working with the Head of Design to develop the design plan / final design solution
- Coordinating and working through various RIBA design stage processes
- Maintaining company policy / best practice at all times
- Ensure the design process recognises compliancy issues, current legislation, standards and codes of practice
- Recording and communicating all design amends
Design Manager Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years post-qualified experience
- Tier 1 Main Contractor / Developer experience
- Major Project experience
- Degree educated
- Full understanding and experience of working the RIBA process
