We are looking for a motivated Assistant QS to join a forward-thinking Industrial & Logistics main contractor on projects in Dartford. Key responsibilities
- Support senior QSs with day-to-day commercial tasks.
- Assist in valuations, cost reporting, and subcontractor liaison.
- Prepare and review project documentation and submittals.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and progress.
- Support tendering and procurement processes.
You’ll need
- Previous experience in a QS or trainee QS role, preferably with a main contractor.
- Strong commercial awareness and numerical skills.
