About The Role

Our client, a specialist in office interiors and design & build projects, is seeking a Senior Pre-Contracts Manager to drive pre-construction strategy, secure new projects, and mentor a talented team. This is a key leadership role offering real impact and the opportunity to influence business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-contracts process from cost planning to tender management
• Collaborate with design and delivery teams to ensure budgets and timelines are achieved
• Build and maintain strong supply chain relationships
• Shape tender strategy and support commercial growth
• Mentor and develop junior team members

Qualifications / Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in fast-track fit-out projects
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent attention to detail
• Confident client-facing and relationship management skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Leadership qualities with a focus on mentoring and continuous improvement
