Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + package
The Role
- Manage and coordinate design information from pre-construction through to completion
- Chair design team meetings and lead consultant and subcontractor coordination
- Manage design programmes, RFIs, and information release schedules
- Ensure compliance with planning conditions, Building Control, and BREEAM requirements
- Carry out technical reviews and support value engineering opportunities
- Provide design input into procurement and support the project delivery team
About You
- Proven experience working as a Design Manager within construction
- Strong understanding of the design process and technical coordination
- Experience on industrial or distribution centre projects preferred
- Organised, methodical, and confident managing multiple workstreams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
