We’re recruiting an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier One construction team delivering a £25m distribution centre project in Aylesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience on a major industrial scheme, working alongside an experienced Senior QS with clear support, mentoring, and progression.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the commercial management of a £25m industrial project
- Assisting with subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments
- Helping prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variations
- Working closely with site and operational teams
Qualifications
- Degree / HND (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying
- Some experience in construction (placements or post-grad welcome)
- Strong organisation, communication, and a proactive attitude
