Who Are We?
We’re a Small Group Personal Training studio (maximum 6 clients in a session led by 1 expert trainer) and we deliver a comprehensive service to our clients across fitness, nutrition and accountability to help them achieve amazing body transformation and long-term health focused results. We opened the doors to our first studio by Bank in August 2022 and have exploded ever since. With this growth we are now opening our third site near Borough Market in April 2026. We are the highest rated Small Group PT studio in London with over 300+ 5 star reviews and a loyal and growing client base.
What Are We Looking for?
Role
As Studio Manager, your main responsibility will be to drive revenue through new and repeat sales. You will also be responsible for teaching a small number of sessions each week (8-13). We offer front end packages of 3, 6 and 12 week programmes and longer term options of memberships and packs of sessions.
We value personality and team fit greatly over practical experience. Having years of teaching/coaching/selling under your belt isn’t essential for this role - the technical skills of being a great trainer and studio manager are teachable over time and so what is important to us is your personality, team fit, enthusiasm and love for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
- Conducting 1-on-1 sales consultations with prospective clients to sell our front end programmes (3, 6, 12 weeks)
- Converting clients into longer term memberships or packages
- Chasing leads via phone call or text/whatsapp to set consultations
- Lead generation through corporate outreach and local offers as well as referrals and other organic methods
- Overseeing community engagement within the studio and client milestones
- Keeping KPI reporting up to date
- Teaching Small Group PT sessions to the standard required
Requirements
Essential Requirements:
- Must be money driven - this is predominantly a sales focused role and we want someone who loves to earn money and has a relentless desire to drive revenue
- Must not be afraid to pick up the phone to dial leads and clients
- Must be comfortable with the offers we run and selling new clients on our programmes
- Must be consistent with approach week on week and be a self starter
- Must have the self-discipline to work in a sales focused role
- Must have a clear and demonstrable passion for fitness, training, and helping others achieve their goals - the easiest way to make sales is to GENUINELY care about the people you’re trying to help and that is what we pride ourselves on
- Must have a big energy and a positive personality
- Must have no ego and be a great team player
- Must have an eagerness to constantly learn and improve
- Must have absolute professionalism
- Must have a strong record of punctuality
- Must be adaptable, a quick learner and enthusiastic
- Must have a clear understanding that your primary goal is to provide members with the best service and experience possible
- Must be able to travel to our studio ahead of our 6am opening time
- Level 3 PT Qualification
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience in teaching 1-on-1 personal training, small group personal training or large group fitness classes

How you will know if you’ve done a great job in the role: Internal metrics and KPIs are provided for expected performance across Monthly Revenue, New Sales, Lead/Funnel Flow Maintaining a 5 star rating across review platforms.
