Hybrid Personal Training (HPT) are looking for an exceptional Head Personal Trainer to join our growing team and take responsibility for coaching standards, client results and long-term member experience at our Chancery Lane studio.
This is not simply a coaching role. You will be one of the senior members of the studio team, responsible for delivering outstanding Small Group Personal Training sessions while taking ownership of the ongoing progress, accountability and experience of our members.
Who Are We?
HPT is a Small Group Personal Training business delivering highly personalised coaching to a maximum of six clients per session.
Our service combines strength-focused training, personalised programming, nutrition support, regular assessments and ongoing accountability to help busy professionals achieve significant improvements in body composition, strength and long-term health.
We opened our first studio in Bank in 2022 and have since expanded across Central London, building a loyal client base and more than 400 five-star reviews.
Our ambition is to build the leading Small Group Personal Training business in the UK while maintaining the coaching standards and individual attention normally associated with traditional one-to-one Personal Training.
Why Join HPT?
Unlike many traditional Personal Training roles, you are not required to pay gym rent, build your own client book or spend your time marketing yourself to generate income.

We provide the clients, systems, programming framework and operational support so you can focus on becoming an exceptional coach, producing outstanding client results and developing your career within a growing fitness business.
The role includes:
- £32,000 guaranteed base salary
- Performance-related bonus opportunities
- Paid holiday
- Workplace pension scheme
- No gym rent or self-employed fees
- No requirement to generate your own client leads
- No requirement to market yourself or build a personal brand
- Predictable working hours and income
- An established and growing client base
- Clear progression into senior coaching, studio management and operational roles as HPT grows
What Are We Looking For?
Role
We are looking for a Head Trainer to take ownership of the coaching and member experience within the studio.
You will lead Small Group Personal Training sessions, oversee the ongoing progress of members and ensure every client receives a consistently high standard of coaching, accountability and support throughout their time with HPT.
You will work closely with the Studio Manager, who owns the commercial performance and revenue generation of the studio. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the clients we bring into HPT achieve excellent results, remain engaged with their training and receive a service that makes them want to stay with us long term.
You will also act as the coaching leader within the studio, setting the standard for other trainers and ensuring our programming and coaching methodology are delivered consistently.
We value attitude, personality and team fit highly. We can develop technical coaching skills, but we cannot teach professionalism, work ethic, enthusiasm or a genuine desire to help people improve.

- Work closely with the Studio Manager to improve the overall performance of the studio
