Who Are We?
We’re a Small Group Personal Training studio (maximum 6 clients in a session led by 1 expert trainer) and we deliver a comprehensive service to our clients across fitness, nutrition and accountability to help them achieve amazing body transformation and long-term health focused results. We opened the doors to our first studio by Bank in August 2022 and have exploded ever since. We are the highest rated Small Group PT studio in London with over 400+ 5 star reviews and a loyal and growing client base.
What Are We Looking for?
Role
We’re looking for a Small Group Personal Trainer to lead our Small Group Personal Training sessions and guide clients on their transformation journey. Your job will be to lead by example, be a fantastic trainer on the gym floor and provide clients with exceptional service throughout their time with us. We value personality and team fit greatly over practical experience. Having decades of teaching/coaching under your belt isn’t essential for this role - the technical skills of being a great trainer are teachable over time and so what is important to us is your personality, team fit, enthusiasm and love for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
- Teaching 18-22 Small Group Personal Training Sessions per week (45 minutes)
- Set the standard for others to follow
- Keeping the studio tidy and looking professional
- Ongoing accountability of all clients
- Acting as a point of contact for clients to help with their fitness goals and transformations
- Equipment / Gym Floor Property Maintenance
Requirements
Essential Requirements:
- Must have big energy and a positive personality
- Must have a clear and demonstrable passion for fitness, training, and helping others achieve their goals
- Must have no ego and a great team player
- Must have an eagerness to constantly learn and improve
- Must have absolute professionalism
- Must have a strong record of punctuality
- Must be adaptable, quick learner and enthusiastic
- Must have a clear understanding that your primary goal is to provide members with the best service and experience possible
- Must be able to travel to our studio ahead of our 6am opening time
- Level 3 PT Qualification
Desirable but not essential:
- 1+ years experience in teaching 1-on-1 personal training, small group personal training or large group fitness classes
