Hybrid Personal Training (HPT) are looking for a Small Group Personal Trainer to join our growing team and lead our new London Bridge studio. We’re a Small Group Personal Training studio (maximum 6 clients in a session led by 1 expert trainer) and we deliver a comprehensive service to our clients across fitness, nutrition and accountability to help them achieve amazing body transformation and long-term health focused results. London Bridge is the third studio in the group and we are the highest rated Small Group PT studio in London with over 350+ 5 star reviews and a loyal and growing client base.
Role
We’re looking for a Personal Trainer to lead our Small Group Personal Training sessions and guide clients on their transformation journey. Your job will be to lead by example, be a fantastic trainer on the gym floor and provide clients with exceptional service throughout their time with us. Having decades of teaching/coaching under your belt isn’t essential for this role - the technical skills of being a great trainer are teachable over time and so what is important to us is your personality, team fit, enthusiasm and love for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
- Teaching 20-25 Small Group Personal Training Sessions per week (45 minutes)
- Acting as a point of contact for clients to help with their fitness goals and transformations
- Equipment / Gym Floor Property Maintenance
- Must have a clear and demonstrable passion for fitness, training, and helping others achieve their goals
- Must be able to travel to our studio ahead of our 6am opening time
- Level 3 PT Qualification
- Experience in teaching 1-on-1 personal training, small group personal training or large group fitness classes
