The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to scale hiring across Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Central Functions. This is a high-impact, delivery-led role with full ownership of end-to-end recruitment and process excellence. You’ll deliver high-quality hiring while designing and embedding scalable, best-in-class recruitment processes across the UK and APAC. Working with senior stakeholders, you’ll bring structure, pace, and consistency, building repeatable workflows that drive both efficiency and quality.
About You
You’re a high-performing TA professional who combines strong delivery with process ownership in fast-paced environments. You bring:
- Experience hiring across multiple functions (Sales, Marketing, Ops, Corporate)
- Strong end-to-end ownership of recruitment processes
- Proven ability to build and embed scalable hiring processes
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders across regions (UK/APAC)
- A highly organised, quality-driven approach with a focus on pace and consistency
Experience:
- 5+ years in Talent Acquisition (agency and/or in-house)
- Experience in high-growth environments
- Strong ATS, reporting, and sourcing capability (LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing)
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Delivery
- Own and deliver full-cycle hiring across multiple functions
- Manage pipelines with a focus on speed, quality, and consistency
Process & Optimisation
- Design and embed structured, scalable recruitment processes
- Build interview frameworks, scorecards, and repeatable workflows
- Ensure consistency across UK and APAC
Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with senior leaders to define hiring needs and improve role clarity
- Act as a trusted advisor, driving better hiring decisions
Sourcing & Pipelines
- Lead proactive sourcing and build high-quality talent pipelines
- Identify and engage both active and passive candidates across key functions
- Support and elevate sourcing capability across the wider TA team where needed
Reporting & Insights
- Own pipeline tracking and hiring metrics
- Use data to improve performance and process efficiency
Candidate Experience & Brand
- Deliver a high-quality end-to-end candidate experience
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the business and its culture
- Develop and lead on attraction strategies and where we need to pivot
Operational Excellence
- Drive a culture of accountability, structure, and high standards within hiring processes
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to increase speed and quality of hire
- Support the development of a best-in-class Talent Acquisition function
