We’re looking for a commercially strong, strategically confident Senior Digital Account Manager to join Hybrid’s award-winning partnerships team - leading key higher education clients and driving performance across complex, multi-channel paid media campaigns.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and own senior client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic partner.
- Develop and present robust paid media strategies across social, search, display, and programmatic.
- Build detailed media plans aligned to recruitment, engagement, and brand objectives.
- Drive performance conversations, translating data into clear strategic recommendations.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and commercial performance with accountability.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand paid media activity.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Contribute to new business pitches and strategic proposals.
