Reporting to the People/Office Manager and the EA to the President of Hybrid, you will support the wider management team across a range of tasks including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting hospitality, and general office support.
We are looking for someone with an interest in business management, educated to GCSE/A-Level standard or above. The role involves a range of administrative and coordination tasks supporting daily office operations. No two days are the same and you will develop a broad range of skills for future career opportunities!
Key Responsibilities:- Administration: Calendar Management, Photocopying, scanning
- Reception: Acting as first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
- Office Support: Travel bookings, Office Stationery, Volunteering Days
- HR Support: Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes via the HRIS system, gaining exposure to core HR administration practices
- General Duties: Preparing meeting rooms and supporting internal meetings, providing general administrative support to senior staff, ensuring shared office spaces are kept organised and presentable
- Previous administrative or office experience is desirable but not essential
- Working knowledge of equipment, like printers and copiers
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word and Outlook, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
This role is designed as a development opportunity for someone early in their career. You will receive full training on internal systems and processes, with ongoing support from the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the President. Over time, you will gain experience that can support progression into roles such as:

- Office Manager
- HR or People Assistant
- Operations Coordinator
