We work with organisations including Astra Zeneca, GSK and Cognizant, delivering everything from AI strategy and architecture through to production AI engineering.
We've grown from a two-person business to a team of more than 36 consultants in under two years, and we're now looking for someone to help keep the business running smoothly as we continue to scale.

The Role
We're looking for an organised and proactive Operations & Commercial Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of the business.
You'll work closely with the Managing Director, helping keep projects, consultants and commercial administration organised while ensuring the business operates efficiently behind the scenes.
Initially the role will focus on administration, compliance and commercial support, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare first drafts o Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate contractor onboarding, compliance checks and document management.
- Support the management of customer and supplier paperwork.
- Assist with meeting scheduling, diary management and general business administration.
- Liaise with customers, contractors and suppliers to ensure information is collected and processed promptly.
- Provide general operational support to the leadership team.
About You
We're looking for someone who is
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with customers and consultants.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a growing business where priorities can change quickly.
- Ideally will have experience working for consultancy or legal experience
Previous experience in administration, operations, project coordination or commercial support would be beneficial.
