About Hybrid Mind
Hybrid Mind Consulting is a specialist Data & AI engineering consultancy focused on delivering real-world outcomes, not slideware.
This is not a high-volume, transactional sales role. You will be responsible for developing and closing enterprise opportunities across Data & AI programmes, working directly with senior stakeholders such as Heads of Data, CTOs and Digital Leads.
Sales cycles are complex and require:
- Understanding technical concepts such as AI, data platforms and automation
- Building trust with senior stakeholders
- Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Positioning Hybrid Mind’s offerings clearly across AI readiness, prototyping and scale-up
- Supporting account growth within existing clients, including partner ecosystems
- Proven experience in B2B sales within consulting, technology or data and AI
- Ability to run structured sales processes including discovery, qualification and closing
- Self-sufficient and proactive, able to build pipeline without heavy support
- Experience selling Data, AI or Digital Transformation services
- Existing network within UK enterprise organisations
- Experience working with partners or large consultancies such as Cognizant or Accenture
- Understanding of outcome-based or project-based selling
