The Client is based in London. My client is a prestigious professional services organisation boasting a workplace with cutting-edge people that is moving with the modern ways of working. You will work closely with the programme team, key stakeholders of the programme (including members of the Executive Leadership Group such as the Lead Partner for Commercial Discipline and the Global Chief Finance Officer), and with impacted colleagues, including partners. This role will lead a team of change, communication and training leads and their sub-teams and may manage third-party suppliers.
You will be part of the global Change Management function, with a primary reporting line to the Global Head of Change Management. You will have a project reporting line to the Finance ERP Programme Director and will sit as part of the leadership team for the programme. You will be a trusted advisor to the Finance ERP Sponsors, including the Global Chief Financial Officer and the Global Chief Technology Officer.
The Global Senior Change Lead will lead the Change Management workstream on this complex transformation programme, working as a strategic advisor to the Global Chief Financial Officer and the ERP Programme Director. They will create and deliver a change management strategy and plan that will drive high engagement and deliver new ways of working across Finance and key stakeholders, including partners across the global firm. They will influence the strategy and plan of the ERP Programme and the global Finance function to create a shift in behaviours, mindset and culture in line with the transformation vision. They will manage people-related risks and dependencies in relation to the ERP programme. This role will lead a team, including direction of sub-team leaders.
What you will do:
- Creation of the change management strategy (change, comms and training) for the ERP Programme that will deliver high engagement, high adoption and realise the intended benefits/KPIs of the ERP programme and the firm's strategy.
- Direction of a team to deliver the change strategy.
- Senior stakeholder engagement, including with members of the firm's Executive Leadership Group, strategic committees and regional leadership forums, as well as with partners, directors and heads of functions.
- Management of people risks in relation to the ERP programme.
- Advisory and coaching of leadership.
- Business Readiness Assessment, including sentiment and behavioural readiness for 'go live'.
- Change capacity planning and advising the firm's leadership groups on change load and how to mitigate it.
- Create a high performing team culture, with a growth mindset.
- Negotiate with big 4 consultancy providers as appropriate.
- Ensure alignment with other large transformation programmes within the firm.

- Significant experience in leading complex transformation programmes across a range of industries.
- Ideally has experience of delivering transformation in the professional services sector.
- An experienced leader able to manage teams through uncertainty and create a high performing team with a growth mindset.
- Leader of the change management workstream on multiple complex multimillion-pound, global change programmes.
- Creation of an enterprise and programme-level change approach, methodology and tools.
- Coaching, facilitation and leadership development experience.
- Board level advisory and coaching.
