Senior Employee Relations Manager - 18 Month Fixed Term Contract - Circa £110k - £130k

Purpose: The Senior Employee Relations Manager will play a key role in supporting the delivery of complex global organisational change and restructuring activity. Working as part of the People Transformation Programme Team, the role will provide senior employee relations expertise, practical change delivery support and risk-based advice across multi-jurisdictional transformation initiatives. The role holder will partner closely with Global HR Business Partners, Senior HR Business Partners, and Legal advisers to ensure organisational change is delivered in a consistent, compliant and people-centred way, while reflecting local legal, cultural and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support employee relations workstreams for global organisational change, restructuring, redundancy, redeployment and operating model change programmes.
  • Provide expert ER advice throughout the change lifecycle, including planning, risk assessment, consultation strategy, documentation, implementation and post-implementation support.
  • Work with Global HRBPs, Senior HR Business Partners and regional People teams to ensure change plans are aligned to business objectives, local employment requirements and agreed programme governance.
  • Partner with internal/external Legal advisers to manage employment-related risks.
