Business Analysis is at the heart of this change, shaping and delivering solutions that will realise strategic value for the firm. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead high-performing teams and provide expert guidance across large-scale, complex change initiatives. You will ensure the delivery of core Business Analysis services, from strategic planning and stakeholder engagement to requirements definition and solution evaluation, enabling successful outcomes and tangible benefits for the firm.
Reporting into the head of Business Analysis, this role resides within the Business Analysis team which sits within the Global Programme Group (GPG). The GPG is responsible for advancing and delivering many of the firm's strategic programmes and related key components.
