Hybrid Solutions Group was founded in 2013 on a simple idea: build a business that works for customers and staff alike. That idea still shapes how we work. We're thoughtful, accountable and we look after our people.

Hybrid Electrical Solutions is the Group's electrical and infrastructure contractor. We deliver specialist projects across highways, street lighting, power distribution, EV charging and associated civil engineering, alongside M&E work in commercial, residential, rail and public infrastructure settings. Much of our work happens on live roads, in occupied buildings and around electrical systems, where getting safety right first time really matters.

We're Kier's principal M&E partner on Transport for London's tunnels and pump stations contract, covering ten London road tunnels.
