A new and exciting opportunity for a full time, home based Operations Support starting in 2026 has just become available. This Operations Support is paying up to £30,000 per annum, with an annual bonus. The role is full time Monday to Friday office hours, working from home.
A knowledge of background in construction or manufacturing would be a benefit, however not essential.
Responsibilities and duties for this Operations Support role:- Handle all incoming quotes from Managing Director visits
- Build quotes on the system, pricing for parts and labour
- Direct communication with clients on new and existing jobs
- Manage all the employees vans MOT, servicing, fuel cards and equipment
- Manage employee certificates, Driving licenses, industry qualifications, such as Electricians PPE stock and order
- Responsible for social media platforms
- First point of contact for employees
- Experienced working in a fast paced environment, managing multiple responsibilities
- Confident with IT systems
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experienced handling and building quotes
- Confident on social media platforms
