A new and exciting opportunity for a full time, home based Office Manager starting in 2026 has just become available.

This office Manager is paying up to £30,000 per annum, with an annual bonus. The role is full time Monday to Friday office hours, working from home.

A knowledge of background in construction or manufacturing would be a benefit, however not essential.

Responsibilities and duties for this Office manager role:

Handle all incoming quotes from Managing Director visits

Build quotes on the system, pricing for parts and labour

Direct communication with clients on new and existing jobs

Manage all the employees vans MOT, servicing, fuel cardsand equipment

Manage employee certificates, Driving licenses, industry qualifications, such as Electricians

PPE stock and order

Responsible for social media platforms

First point of contact for employees

Experience required for this Office Manager role:

Experienced working in a fast paced environment, managing multiple responsibilities

Confident with IT systems

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Experienced handling and building quotes

Confident on social media platforms
