At Hybrid we partner with Tier 1 operators in the BtR market, excelling in delivering top-tier Hard Services FM, including in-house M&E solutions and strategic partnerships for specialised services.
We are looking for an established Electrician to assist us with existing work across our commercial customer portfolio. You will be responsible for a team of electricians working across multiple projects.
We pride ourselves on service and are looking for someone who can add value to our business and help us grow in the future. With huge opportunities for growth within the business, we have a staff and customer focus on the business.
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm. This role requires participation in a 24-hour on-call rota, shared across the engineering team on a week-on, week-off basis. Participation in the callout rota is a requirement of this role and will be discussed fully at interview.
Commercial Electrician Required Skills & Experience

- Inspection & testing to City & Guilds 2394 and 2395
