D’Arblay Wealth is an independent advisory firm providing strategic financial planning, wealth structuring and investment advice. We are a small team focusing on providing advice to High-Net-Worth individuals.
Based in London, our success lies in our approach: providing clear, objective advice based on individual needs.
Our team of advisers take the time to truly listen to our clients, build lasting relationships and help them to manage their wealth intelligently.
We work with individuals, families and other professional advisers on a range of issues, including UK and international pensions, investment advice, estate planning and IHT, life insurance, general financial health checks, cash management services and more.
We are part of Hybrid Advice, and chose to partner with the group in 2024 so we could benefit from the central support to help us grow our business.
We are looking for a highly experienced paraplanner to join our team and work alongside our advisers.
About you
You will have at least five years’ experience as a paraplanner and be qualified to Chartered or Fellowship level.
Ideally you will be familiar with arrangements such as family investment companies, offshore trusts and international pensions, in addition to the more typical financial planning product solutions.
You will also have had experience of working with clients in meetings or by phone or email. We encourage all members of our team to have direct engagement with clients so it is preferred if this is something you enjoy as part of your role or would like to have more of.
Due to the nature of the work we undertake, our advice is often niche and highly technical. This is therefore a great opportunity for a paraplanner to take the next step in their career to broaden their knowledge whilst being fully supported by our existing team.
You will be a dynamic individual with a positive and commercial attitude who also has a conscientious work ethic and is keen to get broad-based experience across financial planning and investment management at a leading advisory firm, with exposure to more detailed technical work.
Whilst already being highly qualified, you may want to pursue further study and qualifications, and we will support you in this as we actively encourage our team to progress their careers.
Compensation will be agreed with the successful candidate in line with their experience, to include salary, potential bonus and benefits. We operate a flexible working policy including variable hours and splitting time between attendance at the office and remote working.
