We are looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer with strong print experience to join our dynamic team. This role requires a designer who is comfortable working across multiple print formats—both on-premise and off-premise—and can manage a high volume of design tasks under tight deadlines.
Working within our Custom Design and Print team, you will be producing point of sale and print marketing materials for some of the world’s leading wine and spirits brands, ensuring designs are visually compelling, brand-compliant, and meet state and industry-specific regulations. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and has strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.

What you’ll do:
- Design Creation: Develop high-quality print designs across a range of formats, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with industry regulations.
- Print Production: Prepare print-ready files, ensuring correct formatting, resolution, and colour settings for different print processes.
- Asset Gathering: Support the team in sourcing, organizing, and preparing branded assets for use in design projects.
- High-Volume Design Execution: Manage multiple design requests simultaneously, prioritising tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to state and industry-specific regulations, particularly within the alcoholic beverage sector.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, clients, and print vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Brand Stewardship: Maintain brand integrity across all designs, ensuring alignment with global and regional brand guidelines.
What you’ll bring:
