Duties and responsibilities related to the Steward (Flexible Hour) Role:
- Schedule: Available working hours will vary each week and can range anywhere from 0 to 40 hours.
- Ensure all kitchen and Back of House (BOH) areas are kept immaculately clean, adhering to the hotel's high standards.
- Assist in the smooth running of kitchen operations by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and maintaining the organization of storage areas.
- Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery, supporting your colleagues as needed.
- Assist in implementing waste management strategies to minimize environmental impact and optimize resource use, including recycling programs.
About you:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant is desired.
