Salary: £15,000 per annum plus service charge, pro rata. This is a fixed term contract expected to end on 31 December 2026.

Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping our talent pipeline and supporting the recruitment of exceptional colleagues across London. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager – London, you will help deliver an outstanding candidate experience while ensuring that Hyatt continues to attract and retain the best talent in hospitality. This is a fixed term role offered as maternity cover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post and manage job adverts on internal and external hiring platforms, ensuring brand consistency and visibility.
  • Assist in reviewing applications and conducting pre‑screening and interviews through phone, video, or in‑person formats, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update a library of template job advertisements and create adaptable job specifications for local hotel use.
  • Compile and present recruitment data and statistics.
  • Research and share market data on compensation and reward packages.
  • Distribute Talent Acquisition‑related communications, including the weekly vacancy list.
  • Oversee and support the maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and usability.
  • Compile and maintain a recruitment photo library for social media posts to showcase Hyatt’s employer brand.
  • Support and attend Career and Recruitment Fairs as required.

About You

You ideally bring hands‑on experience delivering recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process. You take pride in creating a smooth, professional experience for every candidate and thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. You build strong relationships with colleagues and candidates alike and communicate clearly and professionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Previous experience within the hotel or hospitality industry is highly beneficial.
