Your Role
As the Manager, Bridge Services for EAME, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, readiness, and successful deployment of Hyatt’s revenue management ecosystem across franchise and managed hotels during their pre-opening or conversion phase. You will guide hotels through the technical, strategic, and operational steps required to launch on Hyatt’s revenue platforms.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate HyattPRO configuration, including ceiling/floor rates, day‑of‑week patterns, seasonality, and offsets/modifiers.
- Ensure accurate room‑type setup, including hierarchy, classification, and cost‑of‑walk values.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to support readiness, operational accuracy, and seamless system launch of HyattPRO.
- Ensure CRS and PMS reflect initial Revenue Management strategies prior to activation of PrO.
- Configure competitive sets in RevenueStrategy360 and ensure proper room‑category mapping for accurate rate shopping.
- Partner with hotels to develop opening pricing strategies, including discount structures and World of Hyatt opening offers.
- Validate partner connectivity and ensure all required channels are activated and selling.
- Audit rate plans for accuracy and compliance with the Global Pricing Workbook and RMT requirements.
- Work with Loyalty to configure World of Hyatt rate values based on proforma data.
- Ensure OTA activation, first‑sell alignment, and content updates are completed.
- Guide hotels through the Hotel Build Deck and configuration needed for rate pushes to Opera.
- Oversee HPPP partner activation, Hotelbeds connectivity, and distribution parity.
- Establish a consistent communication cadence with hotel teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment and track readiness milestones.
- Maintain visibility into timeline progress and key deliverables across openings and transitions.
- Ensure pre‑arrival upsell tools are properly configured.
- Complete limited data build in HyattPRO and collaborate with Ramp RMs on preliminary forecasting.
- Confirm connectivity across all distribution channels and ensure ongoing rate parity.
- Implement performance monitors to track OTB, pickup, and other key indicators.
- Support broader revenue management tasks required during the pre‑opening phase.
Qualifications
- Strong background in revenue management with the ability to support multiple properties or markets.
- Prior reservations and revenue systems configuration experience.
- Strong ability to interpret and work with financial data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office tools, including the ability to create working charts and analytical documents.
- Familiarity with Hyatt revenue systems such as PRO, Reserve, RMT, Opera, Envision, and Demand360 is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate options, make sound recommendations, and adapt quickly in dynamic environments.
- Willingness to travel as business needs dictate.
