As Security Officer at Andaz London Liverpool Street, you ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and colleagues. You patrol the property, respond to incidents, and manage access control to protect people and assets. Responsibilities
- Maintain constant vigilance across the property, especially entrances and exits
- Respond to alarms and incidents promptly and professionally
- Manage staff ID cards and access control administration
- Conduct regular patrols and maintain security records
- Support in staff induction, fire safety training, and security awareness training
- Operate CCTV systems in compliance with data protection
- Record and manage lost property and related enquiries
- Assist with other reasonable requests within the business
Key requirements
- Previous security experience preferred
- Strong communication, reliability, and calmness under pressure
- SIA licence and CCTV or access control experience advantageous
