Duties and responsibilities related to the MICE Sales Manager role:

  • As MICE Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new meetings, incentives, conferences and events business while building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Working closely with the Sales, Revenue and Events teams, you will help position Park Hyatt London River Thames as a leading luxury destination for meetings and events.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies and key accounts.
  • Conducting sales calls, client meetings, networking events and hotel site inspections.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the wider Hyatt Sales network to drive national and international business.
  • Reviewing conversion performance and supporting forecasting and reporting activities.

About you:

You are a highly motivated and commercially minded sales professional with experience in hotel sales, groups and events, or the MICE sector. You are confident presenting to clients, conducting negotiations and representing a luxury brand with professionalism and credibility. You enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues across different departments and thrive in a fast-paced environment where relationship building and commercial success go hand in hand.
