Duties and responsibilities related to the Sales Executive role:
- Support the Sales team in driving revenue and building strong client relationships across key market segments.
- Assist with identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing accounts and representing Park Hyatt London River Thames with professionalism, warmth and confidence.
- Proactively support sales activity for the hotel, including rooms, groups, events and other revenue opportunities in line with the hotel's commercial strategy.
- Assist with sales calls, client appointments and hotel show rounds, helping to create memorable experiences that reflect the hotel's luxury positioning.
- Maintain an understanding of market trends, competitor activity and client needs, using this insight to support account development and sales planning.
- Work closely with the wider Sales, Revenue and Operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and guests.
- Prepare proposals and presentations, maintain accurate account records and activity reports, and support attendance at networking events, trade shows and client functions to promote the hotel and strengthen Hyatt's presence in the London market.
