Duties and responsibilities related to the Business Development Manager role • Proactively drive new hotel sales opportunities, with a particular focus on growing the hotel’s Events business across filming, corporate social events and private functions. • Identify and develop new relationships with clients, event planners, agencies and local businesses, expanding our network and presence in the London events market. • Build and manage a portfolio of key client accounts, developing strong relationships that generate repeat business and long-term commercial opportunities. • Get out into the market and represent Andaz London Liverpool Street at networking events, industry gatherings and client meetings, building connections and creating new leads. • Create tailored proposals and event packages that respond to what our clients are looking for while showcasing the individuality of our spaces and maximising revenue opportunities. • Deliver against sales and revenue targets, balancing the development of new business with the growth of existing accounts. • Maintain a strong understanding of the sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts and using
