What you will do as a Head Chef at the Montagu Kitchen:

  • Oversee food costs, ensuring alignment with budget and the hotel’s business plan.
  • Lead seasonal menu changes, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to our offerings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest dining experiences and maximize satisfaction.
  • Ensure all kitchen colleagues adhere to punctuality, uniform, and grooming standards.
  • Supervise and maintain service standards as outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual.
  • Train, coach, and mentor culinary colleagues, fostering skill development and engagement.
