Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
- Serve meals and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards
- Ensure tables are clean, well‑presented, and properly set at all times
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions confidently
- Handle payments and operate the till accurately
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns quickly
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
