Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars is located next to Blackfriars Station in the heart of the City of London, within walking distance of St Paul’s Cathedral, Tate Modern and the South Bank. This Grade II listed five‑star hotel features 205 stylish guestrooms and suites along with versatile meeting and event spaces. Dining experiences include NYnLON, a sophisticated yet relaxed bistro bringing the flavours of New York dining culture to London and Leaf and Cane, a vibrant late night bar.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
  • Serve meals and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards
  • Ensure tables are clean, well‑presented, and properly set at all times
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions confidently
  • Handle payments and operate the till accurately
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns quickly
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
