The Grade II-listed five-star hotel is steeped in regal history, residing on the former grounds of King Henry VIII's Bridewell Palace. The hotel offers 205 stylish guest rooms and suites, 4 meeting spaces, 2 restaurants and 1 signature bar.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards, including making beds and replacing linens.
  • Replenish room amenities such as toiletries, towels, beverages, and stationery.
  • Vacuum, dust, and sanitize all room surfaces, bathrooms, and fixtures.
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
  • Ensure all assigned rooms are completed within the shift timeframe.
  • Handle guest requests politely and efficiently, maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
  • Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in a clean, organized condition.
