The hotel offers 205 stylish guest rooms and suites, 4 meeting spaces, 2 restaurants and 1 signature bar.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards, including making beds and replacing linens.
- Replenish room amenities such as toiletries, towels, beverages, and stationery.
- Vacuum, dust, and sanitize all room surfaces, bathrooms, and fixtures.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Ensure all assigned rooms are completed within the shift timeframe.
- Handle guest requests politely and efficiently, maintaining excellent customer service.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in a clean, organized condition.
