Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars is located directly outside Blackfriars station, a few minutes away from Bank and a short stroll from St. Paul’s Cathedral, the Tate Modern and South Bank. The Grade II-listed five-star hotel has 205 guest rooms and suites, 4 meeting spaces, 1 restaurant and 1 signature bar.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a seamless arrival and departure process for guests, including check-in, check-out, room escorting, and luggage delivery.
  • Verify and establish appropriate credit arrangements for all guests.
  • Collect passports and complete all required procedures in compliance with local legislation and Hyatt’s data privacy standards.
  • Handle all cash transactions and billing processes accurately.
  • Assist guests throughout their stay, addressing requests and resolving any complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Identify and maximize revenue opportunities through effective upselling techniques.
  • Provide guests with comprehensive information about the hotel’s services, facilities, and amenities.
