The role involves day‐to‐day management of the hotel's groups, meetings and events, to co‐ordinate and maximise all enquiries and bookings. You will be responsible for building strong working relationships with clients by ensuring you maintain regular contact by phone, email and in person. You will have already worked in a targeted working environment.
Responsibilities- Ensure the smooth running of all administration and execution of all planned groups & events
- Effectively manage the rooms & events diaries to maximise revenues
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable show rounds with prospect clients
- Utilise our in‐house booking system to manage your bookings, provide written confirmation such as proposals and contracts, and produce group overviews and event orders
Ideally you have already gained work experience in the same or similar role, preferably within a prestigious hotel environment. You will preferably have 1‐2 years' experience in a similar role, and most importantly be eager to develop yourself to grow personally and professionally integrating a caring team in a vibrant, fun and growing company!
