Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars is located next to Blackfriars Station in the heart of the City of London, within walking distance of St Paul’s Cathedral, Tate Modern and the South Bank. The Grade II listed five‑star hotel features 205 stylish guestrooms and suites, meeting and event spaces, dining venues such as NYnLON and Leaf & Cane, and offers a vibrant hospitality experience.

Schedule

Available working hours will vary each week and can range from 0 to 40 hours.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests to the hotel in a professional manner, making an all‑important first connection, extending a warm welcome, and assisting guests as required.
  • Ensuring the forecourt/lobby is kept clean and tidy at all times in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Providing a smooth arrival and departure experience, including rooming and delivering luggage.
  • Providing all required information about the hotel, available services and facilities.

You are friendly, reliable, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. You enjoy hands‑on work in a fast‑paced environment, are comfortable lifting and handling luggage of various sizes, and possess a professional, positive attitude. You are punctual, organised, and take pride in representing the team with courtesy and care.
