Hyatt Regency London Olympia is part of the transformation of Olympia into London’s newest destination for entertainment, hospitality and business, featuring exclusive new restaurants and bars, a brand new music venue and theatre to delight visitors from all over the world. Building on a rich heritage of events and culture, Olympia is becoming a vibrant neighbourhood of venues, eateries, public realm and experiences in London. Within the Olympia destination, Hyatt Regency London Olympia will offer 204 bedrooms, a bar and restaurant, a welcoming lobby lounge and three meeting rooms, with direct connectivity to Pillar Hall and the International Convention Centre. As a new opening, the hotel presents an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and be part of the opening of a landmark new hotel.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Transport guests’ luggage from arrival points (e.g., car, taxi) to the front desk and subsequently to their rooms, and assist with luggage during check-out and departure.
- Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about room features, hotel amenities, and services as appropriate.
- Safely store and retrieve luggage, ensuring proper tagging and documentation for easy identification.
- Communicate effectively with the Front Office team and other departments to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
About You
Previous experience in a similar role within the premium hospitality segment is preferred. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with attentiveness, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive guest experience.
