The Grade II-listed five-star hotel is steeped in regal history, residing on the former grounds of King Henry VIII's Bridewell Palace. The hotel offers 205 stylish guest rooms and suites, 4 meeting spaces, 1 restaurant and 1 signature bar.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients to ensure profitable and efficient account management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and competitive analysis.
- Drive revenue generation in line with the hotel's business objectives and budget targets.
- Implement sales action plans and contribute to the overall business strategy through a personal business plan.
- Follow up on all potential leads and convert them into successful partnerships.
- Plan and execute a yearly calendar of sales activities, including strategies for quieter periods.
- Organize and conduct sales trips to major feeder markets, under the guidance of the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular feedback and insights to the Director of Sales.
- Arrange and host familiarization (FAM) trips and site inspections for key clients.
- Prepare and submit monthly activity reports, including market conditions and account performance.
- Assist in client entertainment and participate in sales department initiatives.
- Perform other reasonable duties as required to support the success of the sales team.
