The hotel features 440 elegant guestrooms including 50 suites, along with 11 versatile meeting and event spaces hosting a wide range of corporate events and social occasions. Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and service areas to high cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Replenish guest amenities and supplies, ensuring rooms are fully stocked and welcoming.
- Restock housekeeping trolleys and maintain equipment in good working order.
- Follow daily room assignment checklists and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently, maintaining a professional and helpful attitude.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Support deep cleaning tasks and assist with special housekeeping projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a luxury hospitality setting is preferred, with meticulous attention to detail.
