Duties And Responsibilities Related To The Night Host Role:

  • Prepare, complete, and reconcile all Night Audit reports and documentation accurately.
  • Oversee all Front Office operations during the overnight shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage the check-in process efficiently, issuing room keys and providing clear information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Oversee the check-out process, including preparing bills, processing payments, and gathering guest feedback.
  • Handle all payment methods confidently and following cash-handling procedures.
  • Support Night Managers with additional operational and administrative tasks as required.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a front office role within the premium hotel segment is preferred.
  • You bring strong communication and organisational skills with a guest-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage but not essential, and you are confident using standard computer applications.
