Hyatt Regency London Olympia will be part of a major redevelopment project transforming Olympia, London's historic convention centre into a comprehensive convention, entertainment, and cultural district. The hotel will offer 204 rooms, a bar and restaurant, a lobby lounge, and three meeting rooms, with direct connectivity to the London Olympia Convention Centre.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service throughout the night.
- Manage late check‑ins, early check‑outs, and assist with any guest requests.
- Oversee night audits to ensure accurate recording of daily transactions and prepare reports.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless night operations and act as the primary point of contact during night time operations.
- Oversee health and safety as well as security operations at the hotel during the night, conducting regular patrols and inspections.
About You
- Previous experience in hotel front office management within the luxury segment is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required.
