It features 440 elegant guestrooms including 50 suites, along with 11 versatile meeting and event spaces and dining experiences such as seasonal British dishes and Afternoon Tea at The Montagu Kitchen.

Duties and responsibilities related to the Luggage Porter - Flexi Hours role:
- Deliver a warm, professional welcome and farewell to all guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
- Assist guests with luggage handling promptly, safely, and efficiently, in line with luxury service standards.
- Guide guests to their rooms, providing a clear overview of hotel facilities, services, and in-room features.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel entrance, lobby, and surrounding areas at all times.
- Coordinate transportation requests, including arranging taxis and offering accurate local information and directions.
- Support the Front Office team during busy periods to ensure smooth guest flow and operational efficiency.
- Respond proactively to guest requests and anticipate needs to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures when handling guest belongings and working in public areas.
