Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars is located directly outside Blackfriars station, a few minutes away from Bank and is a short stroll from St. Paul's Cathedral, the Tate Modern and South Bank. The Grade II-listed five-star hotel is steeped in regal history, residing on the former grounds of King Henry VIII's Bridewell Palace. The hotel offers 205 stylish guest rooms and suites, 4 meeting spaces, 1 restaurant and 1 signature bar.
Duties & Responsibilities related to the Assistant Bar Manager role:
- Support the day-to-day operations of Leaf & Cane, ensuring it remains a vibrant and premium destination for guests.
- Assist in delivering exceptional guest experiences through high-quality beverages, creative presentation, and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Work closely with the Bar Manager to train, motivate, and develop the bar team, maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
- Contribute to the development and execution of an innovative drinks menu that reflects Leaf & Cane's unique concept and character.
- Help oversee beverage service across the venue, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and support cost control measures to maintain profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support events and promotions that enhance guest engagement and brand visibility.
